* Faulty/ Broken Items - Product broke, Functional failure, compatibility issue or cosmetic issue, etc.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items to the warehouse for a refund, provided it meets the Hassel Free return guidelines listed above. You will still be required to go through the RMA process and our Customer Service team will assess your claim. This must be done within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be able to obtain a refund under our Hassle free policy the below conditions must be met.

• Item must be unopened and still in its original packaging
• Packaging must not be damaged
• If the packaging has been opened you will only receive a partial refund based on the damage to the packaging and if any packing material is missing. The remaing amount will be used to replace the packaging and running a QC check on the item
• If you received the incorrect item or the item doesn't match the description on the website then RCBattery.com will handle all shipping expenses .
• If you simply change your mind and no longer want the item when you receive it, you will have to arrange for delivery at your own expense.

RCBattery.com accepts no responsibility for the improper use of purchased products and/or modified products.-The warranty period for all types of batteries is within 90 days of purchase, 1 year for other products.

This warranty is limited to original defects in material and workmanship of the product, and does not cover normal wear and tear, crash or water damage, items that have been modified, or any damages arising as a result of improper use.

All relevant information must be indicated on the RMA application form. Photos and/ or videos are required for Initial Evaluation (submission via RMA)-All types of FAULTY batteries are NOT required to be returned to warehouse. Photos and/ or videos are enough to justify the fault of the item. For re-sending of items via RMA, the RMA form MUST be printed and attached on the parcel.

None of the above returns are final until we our Customer Service team has had the chance to assess our care and they will make the final decision. The above is a guide to help you understand our return guidelines.
