Return or Refund

We always want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase, however, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. When things go wrong you want a hassle-free return process and we have done that. Our return process is broken down into two steps. 1 Hassle Free Return 2. Warranty Claim Hassel Free Returns. (MUST be claimed within 60 days of purchase) * Incorrect item was delivered * Item doesn't match the description at the time of purchase * Item would not fit the model it was purchased for * Incorrect item ordered. - We are happy to exchange or refund batteries that have been incorrectly purchased or would not fit the time it was purchased for provided the batteries are still in perfect condition with no markings on them, the packaging is still in good condition with all packaging material still in the box, the yellow tag still on the plug and the battery safety pamphlet still in the box. The batteries need to be in the same condition they were purchased in. Otherwise only a partial refund will be given or the return will be refused.
