RCBattery.com products are all sold in USD. Any foreign currency exchange rates on RCBattery.com that are not USD are indicative only (you WILL be charged in USD regardless of the warehouse that you purchase from). RCBattery.com provides the exchange rate tool as a guide only. During the checkout process, RCBattery.com will pass the price in USD to PayPal whom will do the exact currency exchange for you according to PayPal's currency exchange rates. The customer will then have the opportunity to accept or reject PayPal's currency exchange rate. RCBattery.com is not liable for the relationship between the customer and PayPal.

Orders are packed and posted from Monday to Friday. Provided your products are in stock and we are not experiencing any unforeseen situations, the package will be sent within 48hrs except for weekends.

RCBattery.com makes every effort to ensure that your parcels are received on time. Unfortunately, from time to time delays do happen as a result of any number of reasons which may be out of our control example, customs or your countries postal system. The usual delivery time for a Standard order is 3 to 8 days. 

Please note you need to allow up to 45 days for delivery in extreme circumstances before claiming a parcel is lost or missing. Whilst RCBattery.com has no control over the parcel once it leaves our warehouse, and cannot be held responsible for lost package(s) once they leave our facilities, we would still like to assist you if you encounter these issues.

Your first point of contact should you have a parcel go missing would be the courier company delivering the parcel in your country, they might have more information where your package is or where it has been left.
If you have not received a satisfactory answer from your courier or they are unable to help then please contact us and we may be able to assist you. Please note that we will require up to 30 days to investigate this with the courier company. We do not refund or replace parcels that did not arrive because they were not picked up in time or sent back to us and lost in transit or have the incorrect address.

RCBattery.com will make every effort to ensure you receive the items you ordered. We utilize a sophisticated auto picking system to prevent human effort and then our parcels are checked by our skilful staff before they are sent.

In the event you have received a wrong or incomplete parcel please fill in the Contact US form within 10 days of receiving the wrong or incomplete parcel so we can assist you to resolve the matter. Please provide the below information and please, DO NOT throw out the packaging or the product itself or any packaging material.

  1. Your order number
  2. Description of the product you received (Name of the product)
  3. Photos of the product you received (Photo must show the parcel and the packaging it came in and the delivery sticker on the package)
  4. Tracking Number on the package
  5. Condition the product was received in

If you need to make any changes to your order after purchase, you must do so immediately. RCBattery.com does not accept any liability for requests which are not received or damaged after the parcel has been dispatched. Once your order has been processed and shipped you will be unable to make any changes to your order.

We do not charge local taxes or fees. You responsibility to pay any fees including taxes charged by your local customs or postal service.

At this point in time RCBattery.com does not offer backorders.

All orders of $99 USD and over, will qualify for free shipping from the US warehouse to all states of USA only excluding Alaska and Hawaii. The maximum allowable weight to qualify for free shipping from the US warehouse is 68kgs.
