Well, our final event for the year is in the books. We had a wonderful Jet rally this weekend. The pilot count was a bit low compared to previous years, we had 50 registered pilots. The Saturday forecast had some rain in it and that may have discouraged some from making the drive. But as it turned out we had perfect weather Thursday and Friday, and the rain on Saturday held off until we were all finished up and had everybody fed at the pilot’s dinner! At this event we had Turbine powered jets, EDF jets and even a glow powered ducted fan jet. We had some awesome raffle and pilot’s prizes, and as always, the RCBattery.com batteries were very popular.

Luke Burey is an 8-year old pilot that is something else to watch. Not only did he win a battery, but he also took home the “Best Foamy” trophy as well as the “Best Electric” trophy. He and his dad were excited to have their pictures taken so we could send them to you and say thank you for the support!
