Representing RCBattery.com at RC events when I can is always an exciting time for me. I only wished I could go to more.
Participating in PBMAC’s Warbirds And Jets Over The Pumpjacks in Odessa TX again meant seeing people I’ve met before, revisiting my Friends Wayne and Jimmy, as well, making new friends.
This is important to me because I not only get to know these RC enthusiasts personally, I get to introduce great batteries to the ones that aren’t familiar with RCB, and let them experience the batteries first hand by letting them use my personal batteries, then getting very positive feedback from them afterwords every time, about flight time and performance.
Everyone that had tried the batteries were not disappointed.
Weather threatened this year’s event with rain and high winds, but it didn’t last long, and skies cleared and winds eased to some great flying later in the day.
While there were some other great raffle items there to win, everyone was excited and grateful that RCB had some batteries in the mix. The lucky winners of these batteries were very happy to get them and commented that they will be visiting the RCB website. Other comments I got were that they wished there were more batteries in the raffle.
Representing RCB at these events isn’t about me, it’s about being able to hand a RCB prize to a rc enthusiast, and seeing the expression on their face, and them thanking me, and RCB for making it all possible.
I want to thank RCB personally for sponsoring me, and for believing in me. In my 37 years in the hobby, RCB has been the best company I have ever dealt with, and the best customer service by far. Thank you Brenna and Brian for all you do.
